1. Population and dissenters: There are about 35 Families in my Parish: none of ym are Dissenters.

2. Public or charity schools: There is no School in my Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: There is one Alms-house unendow'd.

4. Residence upon cure: I reside at Tetcott ye adjoyning Parish, there being no House nor Glebe belonging to my Cure.

6. Divine service at other churches: I perform Divine Service at Tetcott besides my Cure.

7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd once every Sunday with a Sermon Sometimes on Holydays & other days of ye Week.

8. Frequency of communion: Four times in ye year.

9. Number of communicants: There are about 90 Communicants. 49 Communicated at Easter last.

10. Catechising of children: I have no fixt time for Catechizing, but do it as often as ye Parishioners are dispos'd to Send their Children & Servants.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: There are no Chapels within my Parish.
